• The item is returned in the original packaging, unwashed, unworn in the original condition. Please take care when trying on garments as items that are stained with make up or tanning products will not be accepted. We reserve the right to reject a return if it is not in original condition.
• The item was not purchased on sale (including promotional offers and online warehouse sales). Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty.
